Christine has worked at Angel MedFlight since 2020, and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2022. She is passionate about the company’s mission to help patients access the specialty care they need for optimal outcomes.

Tetyana Seubert is a finance, accounting and human resources executive with more than 20 years of progressive experience across financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business analytics, and treasury management. Her background includes leadership roles with diverse organizations, including Stanley Black & Decker and Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, where she developed a reputation for driving financial performance, process improvement, and data-informed decision-making.

A Certified Public Accountant (inactive), Tetyana combines a deep technical foundation in accounting with a strategic understanding of business operations. She has successfully led initiatives in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cash management, supporting both corporate and operational objectives.

In addition to her finance expertise, Tetyana possesses experience in human resources administration, including payroll management, benefits coordination, and workforce planning..

Outside of work, Tetyana loves being outdoors, staying fit, and sharing adventures with her family.

Chet Snider has served as Corporate Counsel at MedHealth Partners since 2013, where he specializes in health law. He previously practiced medical malpractice law, advocating for patients and upholding standards of care. At MedHealth Partners, Chet focuses on securing insurance reimbursement to support company air ambulance services. His work has included successfully obtaining insurance coverage after 15 months of correspondence with the insurance company for a cross-country flight of a cardiac patient requiring a complicated surgical correction. Outside of work, Chet enjoys attending concerts and sporting events with his wife and son.

Kim has been with Angel MedFlight since 2014, and serves as our VP of Business Development. Kim loves making connections with people around the country (and the world).

Kyle has worked with Angel MedFlight since 2021, and serves as the VP of Revenue Cycle.

Misty Kazen is a seasoned Revenue Cycle Management professional with more than 20 years of experience driving operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and organizational performance across healthcare settings. She has been a committed member of MedHealth Partners since joining the organization in 2021, contributing her expertise in reimbursement strategy, process improvement, and vendor oversight.

Outside of work, Misty enjoys spending time with her two children, attending sporting events and concerts, and playing golf.

Ray Mallaire serves as Vice President of Information Technology at Angel MedFlight, leveraging over 15 years of IT experience. Since joining in 2014, he has advanced the company’s technology strategy to strengthen security, enable growth, and drive operational excellence.

Erik has worked with Angel MedFlight since 2022, and serves as the Director of Clinical Operations.

Matthew Butler began his career on the ground as a paramedic, but it wasn’t long before he took his skills to the skies—literally. In September 2010, he joined Angel MedFlight as a flight paramedic, providing critical care at 10,000 feet—and occasionally juggling coffee and turbulence like a pro. After five years in the air, he brought his talents down to the flight coordination department, where his leadership really took off.

Now serving as the Director of Flight Coordination, Matthew oversees a team that coordinates global medical transports for three top air ambulance brands. He works closely with hospitals and healthcare partners to ensure every patient’s journey is as smooth as possible—because let’s face it, he’s a pro at navigating both flight paths and dad jokes.

Off the clock, Matthew’s a devoted husband of nearly 15 years, a proud dad to a sports-enthusiastic 10-year-old, and the guy whose family adventures often include a very enthusiastic rescue dog. Together, they love traveling the world and making memories—on the ground, of course.

A Flight Coordinator III who has been with the MedHealth Partners family since 2018. Enjoys his role of assisting families and facilities through the process of air ambulance transportation with professionalism and ease. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outside with his dog Banks.

Kelly Medina has been with MedHealth Partners since 2015 and currently serves as Lead Flight Coordinator of Flight Coordination. What I value most is being part of a team that helps families during critical moments, ensuring their loved ones are safely transported to receive the specialized care they deserve. Outside of work, Kelly values time with her three children, often engaging in outdoor activities or family movie nights.

Kristy Becker has been with MedHealth Partners since 2013 and currently serves as Supervisor of Flight Coordination and HR Coordinator. She loves the fast-paced, mission-driven nature of her work and the opportunity to support both patients and her team during critical moments. One of her most memorable experiences was coordinating a complex international transport that returned a patient to the United States for life sustaining treatment that was not available in the country he was vacationing in. Outside of work, Kristy enjoys spending time with her family, dogs and spending as much time outdoors as the phoenix sun will allow.

I am a Flight Coordinator and have been with the team for over two and a half years. The best part of my job is helping patients and their families get where they need to go quickly and safely, whether that is to receive higher levels of care, begin their road to recovery, or reunite with loved ones during end-of-life moments. One of my favorite parts of this job is seeing how our efforts make a real difference in people’s lives every day. In my free time, I love to spend time in my garden, where I find peace and balance.

For over six years, I've been proud to work with Angel MedFlight, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting patients and their families through some of the most important moments in their healthcare journeys. Every day brings a new story, and I’m honored to help guide people toward their next chapter with compassion and care. When I'm not at work, you’ll often find me exploring the outdoors on camping adventures or listening to live music at concerts across the country.

I've been a flight coordinator with Angel MedFlight for 8 years, helping patient and their families navigate the critical moments of medical transport. I love knowing that each flight I coordinate plays a part in connecting people with the care and healing they need most. Outside of work, you will find me reading, cooking, or spending time with my family.

I have been a Flight coordinator with Angel MedFlight since July 2022 and am dedicated to supporting individuals during their times of need. Outside of work, I value spending quality time with my family and enjoy traveling whenever possible.

As a Flight Coordinator, Tony's learned every flight tells its own story — sometimes of hope, sometimes of homecoming. Helping families through those moments is the best part of what he does. Outside of work, he recharges with photography, good food, and a few online games with friends.

I have been a Flight Coordinator with Angel MedFlight for over 3 years now and have found immense joy in advocating for patients every step of the way. Whether its building connections with patients, comforting family members on a new, unfamiliar journey, or working closely with facilities to bring patients care to new level, I have found that a new perspective on what a patient's journey of care should look like. When I am not coordinating transports, I am usually studying as I am in school for my Bachelor of Science in Nursing to pursue my RN. I also enjoy sewing, snowboarding, wakesurfing, and concerts.

My name is Candice, and I’ve been a Flight Coordinator for Angel MedFlight since April of 2023. I’ve always loved helping others, and this role allows me to not only help families and patients, but I have been afforded the opportunity to connect with people. I’m so very grateful to work alongside amazing colleagues and management staff that makes Angel MedFlight an awesome place to work! When I’m not helping to elevate family and patient experiences, my family and I love to cruise and have recently reintroduced Sunday dinners every week.

As a Flight Coordinator at MedHealth Partners, I’ve been helping patients get where they need to go since April 2021. I love the satisfaction of coordinating life-changing flights.  It is extremely rewarding to ensure every patient is safely transported.  I truly love helping both the families and the case managers and social workers in guiding them along through the process or coordination of the flight.  It's so amazing the relationships that we get to build with all involved.

I've been a flight Coordinator at Angel MedFlight since January of 2023. I love the opportunities and relationships I get to develop everyday with the family members and case managers I interact with. I know that when you call us, it's not in the best of circumstances but rest assured, myself and my colleagues will walk you through every step of this process and make sure you and your loved one are taken care of. When I am not working I love to travel. spend time with my family, and watch the show TopGear. I am an avid fan of European soccer, the Phoenix Suns, and the Arizona Cardinals.

I've been a flight Coordinator with our team since February 2023, arranging critical flights and supporting families through urgent moments. I love the fast pace and the feeling of watching a mission come together knowing we are making a difference in people's lives. When I'm off the clock you'll usually catch me traveling with my family and soaking up all the precious moments.

I have been working at Angel MedFlight for going on two years now. The reason I have loved and continued to love working here is the connection and stories I get to make with each individual family I work with. As part of the Flight Coordinator with MedHealth partner for the past 2 years, I ensure patients and their loved one are able to get safely where they need to go. Every moment counts, and it is do so with compassion and precision! I love the teamwork and purpose that comes with being a part of something so impactful, the connections made are like no other.

Outside of work I like most enjoy quality time with family and friends, as well a quiet time recharging with music while outdoors.

I’ve been with the company for about a year and a half, and what I value most is being able to help people when they need it most. One of my most meaningful experiences was helping a patient’s daughter get home for brain surgery and receiving a heartfelt call from her family expressing their gratitude. Outside of work, I’m a passionate college football fan.

Almost a year in, and I still find it amazing how teamwork can move mountains—especially for those who need medical care fast. I’m probably camping, fishing, or pretending my “one more chapter” won’t turn into three hours.
