We traveled from Portland OR to Chicago IL for my boyfriend to  continue his TBI recovery at Shirley Ryan. This was the smoothest part of our  journey yet. They made a complete terrible time in our lives so much easier.  They were comforting and supportive and took me under their wings  (literally). Even the pilots! I couldn’t have chose a better way to travel  under these circumstances. From  the  phone scheduling to everyone in the airplane. It was a great experience and  they were all so sweet when they left us at Shirley Ryan and I got hugs from  all three of them. Wonderful people ❤️

Our crew was phenomenal. Ricky and Allie were pur nurses and  they were such sweet people. The pilot was reassuring, and communicated with  the nurses throughout the flight if anything was going to be bumpy. Ricky and  Allie were so kind, thorough, friendly. I felt like I was traveling with  friends.

The service was outstanding. The online coordinator was always extremely timely and provided complete details. The flight crew was very friendly and informative. The coordination with the facilities and ground transportation was seamless.

My coworkers and I escorted 3 patients on 3 separate flights  with Angel MedFlight. This was our first time using this service. We were  beyond impressed with the quality of door to door service. They were friendly  and calm and efficient. They were also very patient with some of the complex  needs of our patients.

Our flight coordinator Alanna was amazing! She made handling a very stressful situation seamless. Working with Angel Medflight was the easiest part of getting my mother, who was hospitalized in California, back home to Ohio.

The best service! I would not work with any other company! They jumped into action and flew our critically ill family member home. It was during Christmas which is already hard, but Candice, Monica, Brittany and Carl made it happen! Their service was exceptional, the aircraft was a flying ICU! Our family member was vented and in need of getting home. They did it by working above and beyond. He is now recovering and doing well. These people are angels!!

If you have a loved one with special medical needs and cannot travel via commercial airlines, this is hands down THE BEST service to use. THANK GOD this service is available! It is every bit worth the cost. My 87 yrs. old mother is wheelchair bound and my primary focus was that she travel in comfort. The crew arrived at our home as scheduled ON TIME. We traveled from New Mexico to Maryland in June 2023 and the crew took SUCH GREAT CARE of me and my mom. They were extremely attentive to her needs; gently loaded/unloaded her on/off the plane with such great care; made sure she was comfortable throughout the flight; tracked her vital signs throughout the flight and provided the printout which was very helpful when we provided it to her new Drs.; provided a delicious lunch when we stopped to refuel; and at 550 mph the flight was smooth and took about 5 hrs. which included refueling. They went above and beyond to accommodate my mom’s wheelchair. The service and crew (Benjamin, Christopher, Christain, Samuel, Alyse) was EXCEPTIONAL, and I would not hesitate to use their services again. I can’t say enough about this company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Angel MedFlight. There aren’t enough stars to rate the exceptional service they provided.

Angel Med Flight was an absolute life saver. We had struggled for over a week to get our Mom to a different hospital that was able to offer a surgery that would give her the best chance at a recovery to normal life and had almost given up. We found Angel Med and they made the entire thing happen in 2 days. Something that the hospital and insurance couldn’t do. Getting to have this surgery has made a huge impact on her recovery and her getting independence back. They were also extremely professional and made her feel safe and taken care of the entire time. We are so thankful for Angel MedFlight and their services. Our daughter was taking part in a clincal trial and we travelled once a month to Denver. We unexpectedly had medical complications (due to her condition not the trial) that landed us in the PICU. We wanted to transfer her home for hospice care–nearly 600 miles away. Angel MedFlight helped make what was a very stressful time for our family much easier. Knowing we could get Quinley home as quickly and safely as possible with out having to worry about fighting with our insurance took a heavy burden off our shoulders. Heather and Brian were the perfect blend of professionalism and heart to know we were in good hands medically but always helped us emotionally with their warmth, laughter and conversation. Quinley passed away at home three weeks later surrounded by family and in a place she felt loved, safe and comfortable and I will always be grateful for the role Angel MedFlight played for our family.

We had an excellent experience getting a transfer from Alabama to Austin Texas. They were great at communicating and my patient made it safely. SO Grateful for the excellent care and communication provided to us by all that were involved in setting up this transport.

Angel Med Flight made a very stressful time for our family much easier. Everything from planning and booking the flight to arriving at the nursing center was handled professionally and with genuine care and concern. Everyone we worked with from the office personnel, pilots, EMTs, and the nurses were caring and focused. This is a fantastic company. They took great care of my mom.

Angel MedFlight’s entire crew and office staff was a true pleasure to work with. My dad was in Scottsdale, AZ for cancer treatments and took a sudden turn for the worst. Thankfully, he was able to gain enough strength to fly on a medical charter jet. Angel MedFlight always emailed me back within an hour of my emails and always answered the phone after only a few rings. My first contact with them was on a Saturday and the paperwork was completely ready by Monday evening to transport my dad on Tuesday. The jet flew my dad and mom nonstop from AZ to PA! Angel MedFlight’s service is impeccable, and I will always recommend them to anyone in need of such services.

Angel MedFlight is outstanding! The entire trip was seamless. My daughter had to fly without family. The entire crew made her feel safe and comfortable the whole time. They even negotiated her bill with our insurance!

Angel MedFlight opened a whole new world for my 87 year old father. He had been waiting for over two years to move with his son to his new home on the lake in his home state of Michigan. His health issues wouldn’t allow him to fly safely on a commercial flight. We contacted Angel MedFlight and they literally saved the day. They arranged transport from his bed in Colorado to his bedroom on the lake in remote Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Dad was thrilled to travel “by bed” in his ‘flying ICU’ and was on the ground in 2.5 hours. The whole family watched the flight on FlightAware and literally cheered when they touched down! Angel MedFlight ccordinated the ambulance transport and it worked like clockwork. The entire crew was extremely attentive and caring. Jay, Jimmy, Ranny and the 2 pilots gave 110% attention and care to Dad. Stephen coordinated our flight and was top notch. Dad now wakes up everyday to his view of the lake. Angel Med Flight communicated every step of the way. I could ask questions anytime day/night and any team member could answer. The Medical team on board focused on my moms comfort and made everything as seamless as possible. So Thankful for their service.
