Had accident in NJ where one leg had shattered knee and Dr put it back together with screws and wire, other leg had ankle bone fracture. Could not take a commercial flight but needed to get back to Texas. Angel Med Flight did a fantastic job!

Angel MedFlight was literally a lifesaver for our family! We are incredibly grateful to them for all they did for us and our dad! They were incredibly professional, patient, caring, and efficient! I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a scary and unfortunate situation like we did. Angel MedFlight opened a whole new world for my 87 year old father. He had been waiting for over two years to move with his son to his new home on the lake in his home state of Michigan. His health issues wouldn't allow him to fly safely on a commercial flight. We contacted Angel MedFlight and they literally saved the day. They arranged transport from his bed in Colorado to his bedroom on the lake in remote Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Dad was thrilled to travel "by bed" in his 'flying ICU' and was on the ground in 2.5 hours. The whole family watched the flight on FlightAware and literally cheered when they touched down! Angel MedFlight ccordinated the ambulance transport and it worked like clockwork. The entire crew was extremely attentive and caring. Jay, Jimmy, Ranny and the 2 pilots gave 110% attention and care to Dad. Stephen coordinated our flight and was top notch. Dad now wakes up everyday to his view of the lake. Thank you, Angel MedFlight for making his dreams come true. You truly are angels.

The entire crew was AMAZING! The coordination from both of the Medinas was amazing, and Kelly continued contact throughout the day to ensure we made it in time for my son’s transplant evaluation. The flight crew that arrived just loved on my son from the moment he was picked up until we were safely inpatient, and took a huge weight off our shoulders knowing that he was in the safest hands.On our flight back home, the team worked hard to make sure we got to bring our son home in time to experience what very likely will be our last Halloween together. We truly cannot thank this company enough for the incredible work they do during the most stressful, time sensitive, emotional times.

My daughter needed to be flown to Denver for ICU care. I was not aware of Angel MedFlight and when we received the news that we qualified for this gift we were so blessed. The nurses were excellent and the preparation by Stephan was so professional. My mother's heart was deeply cared for while my fragile daughter was being monitored and cared for as we traveled. The flight was smooth and the landing was gentle, I felt angel wings carrying us. This service is remarkable and everyone needs to know about it. In a medical emergency this is a blessing from heaven in every way. Thank you!

From the amount they arrived at Mayo Clinic Phoenix till our daughter was safe at North Shore, Manhasset NY the crew went above and beyond to ensure Danielles comlete safety. In my honest opinion, they were second to none. There were challenges when we arrived due to COVID issues with patients coming from Phx that were imposed by the state. But this crew didn't let that stop them form doing their job. They dealt with the issue at hand in the most professional way.. They made sure Danielle was safe and sound before they left. I would strongly recommend them without hesitation.

These guys were amazing. They helped wrangle insurance to get my friend out of Mexico when he fractured a vertebra and could not even sit up. As a result, he was able to get home, and get the operation in the same place he will recover. I'm not sure what we would have done without them. Thank you!!

My sister had a stroke while traveling for work 1700 miles away from home. We knew we needed to get her back to Phoenix but had no idea how we were going to make this happen. I searched the internet and found Angel MedFlight. I spoke with Vesna and told her our situation and she immediately made me feel calm and assured me she would do everything she could to help. She contacted the insurance company and began documenting everything they needed to get the transfer process started. After the hospital contacted them my sister was transferred to Barrow Neurological in Phoenix within 48 hours. Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional and during one of the most overwhelming times they were there for us and made what seemed impossible actually happen. THANK YOU!!!

The entire team at Angel MedFlight is incredibly professional, personable and easy to work with. So much of the information and decisions that we faced with our medical emergency / situation were overwhelming, and often times not enough information was available from the hospital staff. With Angel Flight, it was easy to explain our desire to transport our loved one from AZ to MN, and they took care of everything from there. I cannot say enough good about the entire team at Angel MedFlight. My sister severely broke her leg while on vacation in Florida. When I called Ange Medflight, I spoke with Christy who has been amazing from the start. She has helped with insurance, paperwork, finding a hospital in Maine to accept my sister. With limited room available at the hospitals in Maine Christy has made countless calls, answered all of my questions and just gone so far above and beyond to help my family. I do not know how we would have gotten my sister home without her efforts. I would recommend their services to anyone in need because no matter your situation they will take AMAZING care of you from start to finish. Angel MedFlight really puts their patients first. They recently helped my friend transport her grandmother after she was injured out of state. She had a broken wrist and hip and wasn’t able to fly commercial. Angel MedFlight worked and the Flight Coordinator, Katlyn, worked 24/7 to pull insurance benefits, connect with family members and set up the Flight with the hospital in California and the rehabilitation center here. Their medical flight team was amazing, and cared for her from the time they met her at the hospital till she was comfortably resting at her skilled nursing facility in Paradise Valley. She and the entire family were so thrilled to have her home and getting the care she needs. She’s already starting to walk again and getting daily visits from her family and friends which wouldn’t be possible if she wasn’t able to fly home. None of this would be impossible without these angels. This company is incredible. I recommend them if you need to help your family member reach care out of state. They took great care of my friend and her family, as if her family was their own. So grateful for companies like Angel MedFlight

I am very grateful to Angel Med Flight for transporting my wife of 68 years back to me. Steve, the nurse, and Jared, the paramedic, were gentle with Gladys and kept her safe and comfortable. They were excellent in their follow through from Zuckerberg San Francisco General Trauma Hospital in San Francisco to a skilled nursing facility here in Phoenix where we could be together while she recuperate. When your parent or grandparent is hurting, it’s hard to make decisions. Angel MedFlight and their entire team made it easier for my parents and our family at a difficult time. My grandmother was injured while visiting family in San Francisco for the arrival of her first great grandchild. She fell and broke several bones, including her left hip. The day of her surgery my grandfather was rushed to another hospital with Pneumonia and was being monitored for signs of cardiac arrest. While all of this was happening, my niece was still in another hospital. My parents were rushing between hospitals. As everyone was released that still left my grandmother who was too fragile to travel in a car or a commercial airplane. That’s when my Dad connected with Angel MedFlight to set up an air ambulance. They quickly checked my grandparents’ insurance benefits and shared what my parents should expect. My parents’ flight coordinator, Katlyn, kept in constant contact (even when my Dad was having cell phone issues). She worked with the hospital and a skilled nursing facility in Scottsdale to help get my grandmother safely back home where her support system and most of our family live. Her nurse, Steve, and paramedic, Jared, were amazing. They kept her comfortable and smiling through the whole flight and provided all the care she needed. They also took great care of my mother who joined her for the ride. My family cannot begin to express our gratitude for this company, their team, and the level of care and comfort they provided to us on one of the worst weeks of our lives. They really do what’s right for their patients. I recommend them if your family ever faces a similar crisis. They will take care of you.

My folks had flown to San Francisco from Arizona to be at the birth of their first Great Grandchild. My mom fell in their hotel room and had three pins inserted in her left hip. Angel Medflight transported my mom to a rehab facility of her choice in Arizona this past Monday. They treated my mom with the greatest of respect. The care was way beyond excellent and the staff including Steve the nurse and Jared the paramedic were very professional, highly attentive to my mom's needs and caring. My wife, in-laws and I were in San Francisco when trouble arose. My mother-in-law fell and sustained a fractured wrist and broken hip and required immediate surgery. Two days later, my father-in-law was rushed to a different hospital for severe respiratory problems. While he was eventually able to be released after several days, my mother-in-law faced the prospect of long-term post-surgical placement in rehabilitation in a city and state where she has no support system and could not be visited by my father-in-law. She was extremely frightened about the prospect of being alone and away from her husband of over 68 years.Angel Med Flight came to the rescue. They coordinated with us, with the hospital and its staff, with the skilled nursing facility and its staff, and even helped coordinate hospital discharge and skilled nursing facility admission dates. All of the people with whom we dealt were not only caring and very helpful, but absolutely compassionate and reassuring. They were all exceedingly patient with us, kept in continuing communication, and calmly and efficiently put together arrangements for what, to us, seemed like an overwhelming undertaking.My mother-in-law and my wife, who was permitted to accompany her on the flight, could not say enough about the ease and efficiency of the process in getting them comfortably from hospital to ambulance to plane to ambulance to nursing home and how polite, pleasant and reassuring all of the crew and attending staff were. They were pleasantly surprised by how smooth the flight was.I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Steve and Jared upon arrival at the nursing home and they were beyond professional - friendly, caring and with just enough of a sense of humor to keep my mother-in-law's spirits up. Everyone we dealt with at Angel Med Flight treated us like best friends. The experience could not have been better.Angel Med Flight has been the guardian angel of our family, and we will be forever grateful.

Last week my grandmother took a fall in her hotel room, breaking and fracturing multiple bones in the middle of the night. Two days later she was out of surgery and still unable to travel in a car or on a commercial airplane. To make matters worse, my grandfather was admitted to another hospital where he was first diagnosed with Pneumonia and put on watch for cardiac arrest. My parents were scrambling, running between hospitals, (to see both grandparents and my newborn niece in a third hospital where she was temporarily in ICU). It was a nightmare for my family, and trying to get everyone safely home seemed impossible.That's when Angel MedFlight changed everything. They worked tirelessly with the sending and receiving facilities and my parents to make sure my grandmother was able to reach the care she needed where her support system is at home. My parents couldn't stop talking about how professional and compassionate every member of the team was.Today my grandmother was bragging about Steve and Jared, the RN and Paramedic on her flight while she was resting at her skilled nursing facility. She was blown away by the level of care they provided, and she smiled every time she told us that her nurse said she reminded him of his own mother, (five times). She teared up telling us how thankful she was for everything.Angel MedFlight was the sliver lining during our family crisis. I cannot stress enough how helpful every team member was to my family in our time of need.

While on a cruise, my dad suffered a heart attack. He had to be taken by ambulance to a hospital in Cozumel and undergo a heart stent procedure. The doctors there were unsuccessful and advised us to get him transferred back to the US for a bypass surgery. We worked with a couple of different air ambulance companies to try to arrange air transfer but were unsuccessful until we made contact with Kelly from Angel Med Flights. She was absolutely incredible and helped up make all the necessary arrangements. She went the extra mile to ensure that we were taken good care of throughout the process. We also worked with Christine who was also a great help to us.When the medical team, which consisted of Jay and James, arrived we were so relieved. They took great care to assess the health status of my dad to ensure that flying would not be a risk to his health. The flight crew of Michale and Devvin were also very comforting to us during the ordeal and were great pilots.Once we arrived safely in New Orleans Angel Med Flights had arranged for a limousine service to transport my mom and me to the hospital. We couldn't have asked for better care for my dad. When other companies were unable to accommodate us, Angel Med Flights made it happen. I can never say, "Thank you," enough for all they did.

I used Angel Medflight Worldwide to air transport my mother from Sioux Falls SD to Daytona FL and the entire experience was good. From the beginning working with Carl was great, he was very responsive and proactive. He gave us all the information that we needed to make an informed decision, during a very stressful moment in our lives. After we settled on using them their team worked with the hospital in Sioux Falls to get my mother transported efficiently and fast. The Flight crew was amazing and my mother had nothing but good things to say about the nurses Jared and Anthony , and how friendly and professional they were. The pilots, Jennifer and Reece, did a great job with the flight and flew a gentle and very controlled profile. In all Angel Medflight is a very good company with superb service.

I had my wife transported 1600 miles to a different hospital. Communication was good. They also worked behind the scenes with both hospitals to make the entire transfer go seamlessly. --- The crew that met us at the airport were very nice. Took time to explain everything. Allowed us access along the way and at the airport. Flight crew was friendly as well and gave us flight details. --- The entire family are happy with the flight, crew, and transfer. --- The only thing that might have helped was a cushion to make the bed/stretcher a bit more comfortable. My wife had one for siting that she was able to use that helped considerably. --- With that said, we would not hesitate to use Angel Medflight again. Thank you all for a great service and friendly and knowledgable staff!!! God Bless

I am very impressed with every single step in the Angel Med Flight experience from Jennifer who gave me information and acted as coordinator to the crew on the ground and in the air. Our transfer was the best experience of a really bad period of time. We were schedule for transfer at 8:40 and at 8:39 there was the ambulance crew and Chaleece and Andrew our medical crew. They transferred my son to a special gurney outfitted with a special piece of foam due to his weight, loaded him for the trip to San Diego Airport where we were met by our Flight Crew: Derek and Randall. The flight to Chesterfield Airport in St. Louis arrived early - and the transferring ambulance was waiting. We arrived at Kindred St. Anthony about 30 minutes early and Chaleece and Andrew transferred their care to the facility seamlessly. What a pleasure this all day and 1/2 country transfer was. I hope to never have to use them again BUT I can HIGHLY recommend this organization and if we every have a medical situation that requires transfer - Angel Med Flight will be my first and only choice of service.

Words can not describe how incredible these people are. If you are trying to decide if you should use this company, stop now cause there is no other company that could possibly live up to the standards of Angel MedFlight. Their team of people are the most professional, efficient, and expeditious I have ever worked with. I had the pleasure of having Carl Anderson handle our affairs and let me tell you.... Whatever they pay this guy, it's not enough. Angel is the perfect name for this company. My parents were taken care of and made to feel at ease for the entire trip and everything went exactly according to Carl's plan down to the minute. My son had a brain surgery away from home. We needed a medical air transport to get him back. I was looking for someone I will be comfortable flying with considering his delicate situation. There were so many companies online that you could choose from but this one caught my eye. Was it a mother's instinct or name that drew me to it; I am not sure. I definitely didn't make a mistake by choosing them. The process of scheduling the flight was smooth. The morning of the flight, the medical personnel showed up on time with smiles on their faces, even though it was 3 in the morning. Another surprise was that there was a limousine waiting for parents to transport them to the airport. The flight was also great. My son was medically taken care of during the the whole duration of the flight. The medical staff made his trip enjoyable. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs air medical transport. They are professional and punctual. They are also the most affordable company in this type of business. Our 48 year old special needs son fell and broke his hip in Orlando while vacationing with his family. Everything from processing insurance documents to scheduling his pick up and transport was handled efficiently and with the utmost of care. The transportation medical team from Angel treated our son with compassion and kept him safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. My experience with Angel Med Flight was outstanding. We have been working with them for over a year. They were patient and very helpful. I had to get through enormous hurdles to be able to have my sister returned to Indiana from California. Angel Flight was with me all the way. The EMT and Registered nurse that accompanied my sister made sure she had no problems and went all the way to the facility with her. I was very satisfied with their services. I highly recommend them, because they cared. This was a very challenging ordeal, however Angel Flight Staff was very comforting and supportive. That really meant a lot to me.

Angel MedFlight are truly "Angels." From the point of initial contact through our transport, the Angel MedFlight team took care of not only my husband the patient, but me also. The courtesy and attention to detail from customer service in arranging the transport, the professionalism and caring flight medical crew that met us at the hospital and transported Bob by local ambulance to the airport and monitored Bob throughout the flight, and the wonderful pilots that flew us to Colorado all deserve the highest kudos. At a time in our lives when arranging this transport from Reno to Craig Hospital seemed overwhelming to me, Angel MedFlight took care of all of the details in a professional and caring manner.

It was amazing working with Angel MedFlight in early April. Every employee I spoke with or met showed the upmost care and concern for my ill husband and me. Carl, who worked with me over the phone to set up the transport in two cities was so caring and thorough that no detail was left for me to handle. The flight nurse Jay was truly devoted to caring for my husband and respected and empathized with us the entire time. The other paramedic and pilots were very caring and showed concern too. This company sets a high standard in customer service for what any other company should strive for if they wish to be successful.

While on vacation in Anaheim California, our son (age 25) suddenly got sick. He was diagnosed with pneumonia. He was admitted to a university hospital and needed to be intubated to save his life. As his mother I knew we needed to get him home, I had a feeling he would not recover. After 8 days in that hospital, finally we would be going home. Through the social worker at the hospital, Angel Flight was contacted. The team arrived along with the ambulance team. They were all very efficient at their job and informed me all along the way. Once we arrived at the airport, both the ambulance and Angel flight teams worked together to get our son aboard the jet. One of the flight team helped me on board and I felt more relaxed and at ease. I met the pilot and co-pilot and after their check out process we were on our way. The transport team were professional and easy to talk to. They exuded compassion, confidence and operated like well oiled machine together. They made sure our son was comfortable and also put me at ease answering all my questions. The flight was smooth and fairly quick (2 hours). Arriving at our destination airport we were met with the new ambulance team and all 4 worked in harmony getting us to our hospital at home. All 8 of these people were heroes in my eyes. They told me they were "just doing their job". I acknowledge the deep compassion and love that they all have for their fellowman. Their service was impeccable especially during the most difficult time in our lives. As a case manager at a hospital I have the privilege of working with many flight companies for transports. I have had the great privilege of working with the wonderful Flight coordinators and flight crews of Angel MedFlight multiple times within a short period of time. They have made, what others would consider difficult and tedious transfers, a breeze in the park! Always putting the patient and family first. Very accommodating to us here at the hospital and working out a schedule that will allow the patient to get to their destination the quickest way possible. And the flight crew were amazing at bedside! Making sure the patient was comfortable and that the family was at ease! I will definitely be using their services again.

Having now used the services of Angel MedFlight, I HIGHLY recommend them! There was a great deal of stress surrounding our situation and from the moment I contacted Angel MedFlight, not only were they supportive, I was amazed at the lengths they go to handle every single detail. Our case required next day travel and a coordinated physician/hospital discharge. Angel MedFlight coordinated directly with our physicians and hospital to assure every "T" crossed and "I" dotted. From there, Angel MedFlight coordinates direct patient pick-up at the hospital, medical support in the transfer of the patient (town car for the other two passengers), excellent care, outstanding flight crew, medical support throughout the flight and upon landing, and transfer to the home facility. All of this done with the highest level of customer service, care and understanding. If we ever require a medical flight in the future, all that will be needed is single call to Angel MedFlight. Caring, compassionate and very reasonably priced.

My family and I were in Florida on vacation when our 4 1/2 month old was diagnosed with leukemia. We are from Chicago and were very worried about how to get our infant home so that he could start treatment and allow us to have a support system around us. He needed to start treatment within 48 hours. If he started while in Florida, we would've been stuck there for at least three months. Thankfully, Angel MedFlight came to our rescue. They worked directly with the social worker at the hospital to make all the arrangements both at the hospital in Florida and the one in Chicago. The staff during the flight was extremely professional and help put my mind ar ease. Most importantly, they were amazing with our son. The whole process was extremely smooth and our family cannot more grateful for their help during this crisis.

Angel MedFlight was absolutely amazing to work with. During one of the most difficult times for our family, Angel MedFlight helped us by not only providing air transport, but also by handling every single detail that started with bedside pickup in Seattle, WA and ended with bedside drop-off in Denver, CO. And there were a lot of details along the way. Each staff member at Angel MedFlight was professional, knowledgeable, and caring and always kept us up-to-date with phone calls and e-mails. Angel MedFlight was an answered prayer for my husband and I when we needed a quick transfer cross country for rehab following a car accident that left him with a traumatic brain injury. I placed the call with fear in my heart and was greeted with kindness and reassurance that everything would be taken care of to get us to rehab within 24 hours. Throughout this journey there have been so many obstacles that have been difficult to navigate. It was so nice to be able to pick up the phone and have someone tell me not to worry and that they would handle this obstacle for me. Our onboard clinicians were professional, sympathetic to my husband's needs, and offered great suggestions on documenting his journey. I will never be able to thank Carl, David, Carl, and Andrew for their compassion and continued support. Thank you will never seem adequate for what they did for our family. Angel MedFlight will forever hold a special place in my heart.
