Bonus Pay Potential

While bonuses are not scheduled or guaranteed, we do like to recognize and reward our employees for their hard work. Opportunities for additional compensation can arise through special projects, outstanding performance, company achievements and other circumstances.


A comprehensive 401(k) plan is offered through Mass Mutual. Contribution elections can include up to 99% of an employee’s gross earnings. A 401(k) plan offers employees tax benefits and an effective method of planning for retirement. Full-time employees are eligible to contribute the first day of the quarter following three (3) months of employment.

Lori's Story

On 6 November 1995 my son Matthew was born, truly the best day of my life. On 22 June 2006 my bone marrow transplant donor cells arrived from Germany, truly the second best day of my life. On 28 December 2013 (2,747 days later), my bone marrow donor Michael arrived from Germany, truly the third best day of my life.



Paid Time Off (PTO)

Opportunities for rest, relaxation and personal pursuits are vital to employees feeling refreshed and rejuvenated in the workplace. Regular full-time employees are eligible for PTO and as the length of employment increases, PTO also increases. Paid time off includes vacation and sick time. Though PTO use is dependent upon company needs at the time of request, we encourage our employees to use their available PTO.


At Angel MedFlight, we observe seven (7) holidays per year, with employee compensation for the holidays.

Health & Wellness

Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment) are effective on the first of the month following 30 days of full time employment. Health care coverage is one of the most valuable benefits an employer can provide. We offer two (2) different Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Medical Plans administered through Cigna. Dental and Vision coverage is also provided by Cigna.

Angel MedFlight offers Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Short Term Disability (STD) benefits administered through Unum to full time employees at no cost to the employee. The Life Insurance benefit is three (3) times your annual salary. Accidental Death & Dismemberment is equal to your Life Insurance benefit.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Life happens. When you need it most, EAP is there to assist. The Employee Assistance Program is administered through LifeCare at no cost to the employee. One call will give you access to many different valuable services.
