Ranking the Best Hospitals in the Nation

Each year, U.S. News & World Report releases its rankings of the best hospitals in the United States. This report helps patients figure out which hospitals and facilities are best suited to treat them. U.S. News & World Report analyzes data from more than 4,500 hospitals and survey responses from more than 30,000 physicians to rank hospitals in 16 adult specialties, which include cancer, diabetes, rheumatology and more. According to U.S. News & World Report, survival rates, patient safety, specialized staff and hospital reputation were among the factors weighed.

Patients across the country want the best care possible to ensure the optimal clinical outcome. Centers of Excellence (COE) around the country continue to meet the need and further expand care in their specialties.

These top Centers of Excellence are spread across the country and in many cases, create a burden of distance to get to the level of care patients need. At Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance, we work to coordinate the transport to these facilities in order to remove that burden. If you or your loved one needs a medically configured medical flight on an air ambulance, give Angel MedFlight a call and let us help you get to the care you deserve.
