2019 ACMA National Conference On Us Giveaway Official Rules
Eligibility
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Promotion is open to individuals age 18 or older. Employees, owners, officers, and directors (including but not limited to their immediate family members) of Aviation West Charters, Inc. dba Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance and its predecessors and affiliates (collectively, “Angel MedFlight”) are not eligible to participate.
To participate in the promotion:
1). Visit https://angelmedflight.wpengine.com/acma-2018-national-conference-recap
2). Complete the required fields on the entry form provided on the Angel MedFlight website. There is a maximum of one entry submission per person through the link listed above. All entries must be received by 11:59pm PST on Friday, August 31, 2018. All entries become the property of Angel MedFlight and will not be returned.
Drawing
One winner will be chosen through a random drawing executed by Angel MedFlight on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Winners will be contacted via e-mail no later than 5:00pm EST on Friday, September 7, 2018.
Prizes
The prize package includes:
- Airfare for one from a major airport in the continental US to Seattle, Washington
- One paid registration to the 2019 ACMA National Conference
- Four night hotel stay at the ACMA conference host hotel

Winner need not be present to win. No prize substitution or cash equivalent will be allowed. Violation of these rules and regulations is not permitted.
