Our mission at Angel MedFlight is to understand the desires and needs of our patients, as well as to perform services which exceed the quality of any other organization within the air ambulance industry. We will accomplish our mission by being passionate about our core principles of customer service, integrity, and operational excellence.

In addition, building relationships with our patients and everyone involved in the patient’s care will be of the utmost importance. Beginning with an initial call and throughout the process we will be perceptive to the experiences, emotions, and challenges that transpire when transportation of a patient is needed.

Angel MedFlight’s case managers, flight coordinators, critical care medical staff, aviation staff, and in-house legal team are passionate about advocating for patients at every level.
